Has anyone else noticed this?
Since I have been working out on a regular basis, my skin has gotten so smooth. I’m not just talking about my face, but all over my body. I used to have lots of bumps on my bum, but now its so smooth. I use a lot less body cream than I used to. I have also noticed a reduction in cellulite. My thighs are not as cottage cheesy as they used to be. I mean, I’m still not about to wear booty shorts or anything, but its a nice change. =+)
I have gotten compliments like that, too!

Yes I have noticed I have less cellulite…and my tush is tighter too: )

Yes!!!!!!!!!! Yea! My stomach improved the most. My thighs and butt are coming along though in the rears! lol.

Yeah I noticed the smae thing. I attributed it to drinking more water??? WHo knows???
When I started eating healthy almost 3 yrs ago I noticed nicer skin, smoother and firmer. My daughter noticed hers was better, too. We thought it was from eating healthier. What a nice bonus, eh?
It is so nice to have that benefit. As an earlier response said water is a big factor also and this is true! Luv Ya! sista!
