I Feel Awful

Ever since Wednesday, my diet went on a downward spiral, and last night it was non-existent. Today, I am sick to my stomach and I have a headache, and I know that it’s because of 6 1/2 days of good healthy food followed by 2 1/2 days of bad-for-me food, in bad-for-me sized portions. I have acid reflux and other unmentionable ailments, and I just want to hurl. So today its a diet of saltines and ginger ale, and tomorrow I’m getting back on track (if my stomach allows). I’m going to restart the detox phase. Its supposed to last 9 days and I only made to 6 1/2, so I’m going to start at the beginning. Luckily, I’m on vacation for the next 8 days so that should help.

Weekly goal:

Walk every day

Hit the gym 3-4 times this week for some weight training

Drink lots of water

Celebrate me! Yay! I’m beautiful!

Celebrate all my Buddies! Yay! You are all so beautiful!!!

Celebrate the Heartbreakers! YAY! Go all you beautiful ‘breakers!

(Funny, I don’t feel so awful anymore.)

-Bye

That’s cause you so wonderful!!!! Looking ahead not behind is the way to do it! Just think you’ll have extra time this coming week to pamper you and be good to you, without using food in unhealthy ways. Indulge in some healthy stuff, you know like the fruit that is out of season and costly instead of the full fat ice cream cone! Reward your healthy behavior with a good massage or a cute pair of earrings! You can do it Tinc!

Oh dear, maybe that detox is to restrictive for you…are you rebelling? I would be. ;) As you know I didn’t so too well last week, but I sure intend to do better this week. (I know, the road to Hell etc, etc.) Let me rephrase that…..I Will do better this week, and so will you! We ARE beautiful, let’s drink to that. Water, of course!

Yeah, the detox phase may be alittle too restrictive, and if I can’t make it work this time, I’ll just move into phase II instead of moving over to Burger King. LOL!

Tinc, there is a guy on here who no longer has GERD isnt that the same thing? anyhow…because he lost so much weight and avoids certain foods…he has overcome it! you can too! research if you havent the foods that you should avoid…and avoid them at all costs if they make you feel this way…substitute them with similar foods that are healthy for you…..you can find healthy alternatives! we are here for you girl..and we will do this together…pull yourself up, dust yourself off…and lets start a new day! you will be that slimmer sleeker, TINCABELLE BEFORE YOU KNOW IT… remember your goals! keep them in front of you if you need to…post them in your car…on your fridge…wherever you need it most…remember what you want to look like…what you want to wear….how you want to feel…YOU WILL DO THIS! YOUR A HEARTBREAKER!

Is this from South Beach? Just curious. If it is, maybe I had better be on vacation from work before I do it?
Hope you feel better, moderation ok? you don’t have to swing from one extreme to the other.I used to do that, too. Good luck to you!

The positive side to this is the fact that you’re not starting from your old weight you’re starting from whatever you lost previously. :)

So, you’re not starting over, just continuing where you left off. ;)
